Green Smoothies and Juicing are NOT the same thing

Green smoothies are made in a high speed blender NOT a juicer. Jucing is ok but you lose the fiber when you juice. When making green smoothies you want the fiber to remain in the smoothie.

Juicing removes the fiber. You can save the fiber to use in other ways if you choose to juice. I used to juice everything until I began the research on the raw food way of life. Now, I find that I was tossing out the best part, the fiber.
